To use: Swipe wand over lips evenly, starting from the inner lip and working outwards. Colour will start to change immediately and continue to develop over a few minutes. Apply a second and third coat for a morevibrant hue. Caution: this product will easily stain surfaces. To remove, wash with soap and water or wipe with makeup remover.
